La sua posizione consente di raggiungere ristoranti tipici e non dei dintorni in pochi minuti a piedi. Abbiamo comunque pensato questa sistemazione per soddisfare ogni necessità e consentire massimo comfort, comodità e praticità durante la vostra permanenza dotandola di cucina attrezzata per chi invece volesse mettersi ai fornelli.

Grazie alla posizione favorevole in 2 minuti a piedi troviamo via Roma, isola pedonale, con ristoranti, bar e pizzerie. In zona ( 5 minuti a piedi) farmacie, supermercato, tabaccherie, gastronomie e banche. Di fronte all'ingresso del palazzo si trova la sede delle Poste Centrali. A 10 metri postazione ricarica auto elettriche. Stazione ferroviaria e Ospedale Civile S.Croce a 15 minuti a piedi.

The owners are available to organise tours and activities: wine tasting, restaurants, e bike, yoga, massages, home chef.

La casa di Eleonora e’ arredata con gusto ed ideale per accogliere famiglie (su richiesta è possibile aggiungere un lettino per neonato ed un fasciatoio). E’ suddivisa su due piani e possiede una grande cucina accessoriata a vista utilizzabile dagli ospiti. Possiede una grande terrazza, un giardino ed un prato dove in estate viene posizionata una piscina. E’ possibile parcheggiare comodamente la propria auto. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e soleggiata, ma comoda ai servizi.

Includono tutti i comfort sia per un soggiorno breve, sia per chi volesse concedersi più giorni di relax.
