One of two shepherd's huts located on our traditional working hill farm in the stunning Wasdale valley. The huts have everything you need to enjoy your stay in this beautiful part of the world. Wastwater shepherd's hut comes complete with a double bed, kitchen area with induction hob and a bathroom with shower. Perfect place to start numerous walks from the doorstep including many of the popular Wainwright hills such as Scafell Pike and Illgill Head. Easy access to the lake for kayaking etc.

A luxurious hot tub, perfect after a hard days hike and a wood fired barrel sauna with cold shower are available (charged separately) Art classes and treatments also available

Boutique Property, Strawberry Cottage...Keswick

Strawberry Cottage is a beautiful Lakeland stone end cottage in the centre of Keswick (circa 1840). The property boasts delightful views to the surrounding fells. Recently refurbished by the owners, giving it a contemporary feel in terms of décor and facilities. High Speed Internet, SkyQ in the lounge, Smart TV's in both bedrooms, Hypnos Mattresses, Bluetooth Speaker, Jacuzzi Bath. A parking permit for the long stay car parks is provided. We are dog friendly. Our 250 year old cottage features modern rustic decor, u/f heating, log burner, super-fast internet, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a complimentary podPoint 7kw EV charger. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

The Cottage with hot tub at Linden Farm House

This contemporary luxury cottage sits in 10 acres of private gardens, woodlands, lake and tennis court. With views to the gardens, the lake and the Pennine fells this peaceful retreat is perfect for relaxing, wildlife watching, star gazing and walking. The Lake House

The detached Lake House is set in 11 acres. Ravensworth is an enchanting village with many of the houses dating from the 17th century. The village is defined by its green, and ancient ruined castle, only a few miles from the pretty towns of Richmond and Barnard Castle . A village pub and two wonderful farm shop cafes within walking distance. The Lake House has uninterrupted views of the lake and surrounding woodland. The Lake House can also be booked together with Willow Cottage.

The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the homes private driveway.

Spacious Lakeland Cottage, between Windermere and Ambleside. Relax and enjoy this traditional home, with views over Lake Windermere from the terrace. Access the Lake from across the road if you fancy a swim! I've recently switched from co-hosting this property to putting this on my own listing, hence there is limited availability at the minute.
