Magical, grade II listed 18th century traditional Lakeland cottage set within 5 acres of woodlands, leading directly to 2 private beaches on Lake Windermere. Relax in a peaceful, natural environment, ideal for friends, families, wild swimmers, cyclists, paddle boarders, hikers and for cosy evenings by the fireplace. Separately charged are a luxurious hot tub, perfect after a hard days hike and a wood fired barrel sauna with cold shower. A tuck shop, art classes and treatments are also available.

Based on the edge of the beautiful Lake District with commanding panoramic views of the Western Fells , here at Wellington Farm Glamping Breaks our 6 pods are fully fitted with electrics, heating, lighting, an ensuite and kitchenette. Our pods sleep 4 people (2 adults, 2 children). We provide all bedding and towels for your stay. We've even gone the extra mile by installing 7ft hydrotherapy hot tubs at each of our pods which allows our guests to fully appreciate the panoramic views of the fells.

Relax in this family and dog friendly modern refurbished detached house. Bowness village is just 5 mins walk. Rear garden: hot tub and summer house with views of Lake Windermere. Balcony from lounge with BBQ and alfresco dining. Two upstairs bedrooms with King Size beds and own ensuite bathrooms. Two downstairs bedrooms with Superking beds which can be twin on request. One with ensuite bathroom and the other a bathroom just across the hall. Lots of private parking space outside the house.

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. Stable Cottage is a first-floor apartment above a converted grade II listed stable block situated in a superb location with the village of Bowness and The Lake just a short walk away. The property has a Hot Tub. Parking is free of charge. The cottage is self contained and has all the cooking utensils you will need to make a lovely meal in the fabulous kitchen. Small dogs are welcome we do ask that they don't go on any of the furniture.
