Está en una segunda planta sin ascensor pero la escalera es muy cómoda. Dispone de un dormitorio, cocina comedor y una sala de estar (con una cheslon), televisión y con aire acondicionado. Esta situada a escasos metros de la estación de autobuses y una parada de autobús. A quince minutos caminando esta el casco histórico de la ciudad
