Relax at this charming, rustic getaway. New cabin, nestled among tall pines in rural Brookings, OR. Located off of Hwy 101, just over a mile above Samuel Boardman Scenic Corridor, known for its rugged, protected coastline, wild rivers, lush forests and hiking trails. Only a 5 min. drive to spectacular beaches. This romantic little cabin features a king bed, deck with an unobstructed view of the surrounding woods, cozy gas cast iron stove, Keurig, mini-fridge, microwave and lovely walk in shower.

Your room and courtyard is attached to the garage but private and separate from our home next to it. Only .3 of a mile to the boat ramp, Zolas, Fat Irish, Hwy 101 and Port of Brookings boardwalk. Secluded, beautifully landscaped 2-plus acre property within a mile of the entrance to the world renowned home of majestic Redwoods at Jedediah Smith National & State Park. Small Cozy studio is connected to the owner’s home but is private with your own entrance. The studio retreat is less than 3 miles to scenic Crescent Beach, Battery Point Lighthouse. Located only 4 miles to downtown Crescent City and harbor where you will find shopping, restaurants, and Ocean World.

Gayle's Garden Cottage

A tiny house cottage set in a garden amongst the redwoods, surrounded by rhodies, maples, birch and apple trees. Beautiful in all seasons. The cottage is foam insulated and thus very quiet for a good night's sleep. I use fragrance free detergent on linens. The queen bed (3 layers of high density memory foam mattresses) is in a loft, accessible by an angled loft ladder with handhold cutouts (not suitable for infants or children). Nema 14-50 plug available.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You will find all you need to relax and spend some quality time with your family. Within walking distance from Walmart Supercenter (0.2 Miles / 4 Minutes) and Sutter Coast Hospital (0.7 Miles / 14 Minutes) makes it very convenient. Please note: there is construction going on in the neighborhood Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm. Ping Pong table and bikes available upon request.

This home sits on 1 acre within a quiet neighborhood. Lots of sunshine fills this property and is great for a family getaway. If you want to be centrally located this is the home for you. The beaches, Redwood forest trails, and grocery stores are within a five-mile radius. This home is a guesthouse that sits about 50 feet off the back of the main house. There is currently a shared yard that is not fully fenced.
