Plus it's just 8 minutes to Soho Farmhouse gate too. The Barn is close to popular Cotswolds spots like Blenheim Palace, Chipping Norton, Bicester Village, Silverstone & a perfect post-festival decompression bolt-hole.

Wisteria Cottage is a high spec, Luxury cottage with under floor heating,log burner,Large kitchen/dinning area with views across fields and a downstairs Wc/Utility space. Upstairs are two centrally heated bedrooms and underfloor and towel rail heated bathroom with exposed beams. The master has a generous King size bed and the second bed, a single day Bed with a pull out trundle under. The bathroom has a roll top bath with shower and unlimited hot water. This beautiful bespoke-made sheperd’s hut is located one mile outside the charming market town of Chipping Norton. Chipping Norton is a hub of activity with a bustling well-stocked bookshop, cafés and restaurants. The sheperd’s hut is a quiet haven, equipped with a wood burning stove, mini oven, a power electric shower, underfloor heating, cosy armchairs and a king sized bed. With its beautifully appointed linens and furnishings our shepard’s hut is the perfect base for your next break.

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in April 2026!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

Ridgeway Cabin & Hot Tub Spa

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located on the Ridgeway, this newly built cabin has been designed with mindfulness and relaxation as a centpoint. Superking size sleeping quarters with views across a far reaching landscape. Woodfired hot tub spa to relax in after a long walk. Board games to play, wi-fi to hook into and a TV with plenty of films on demand to ease into the evening. Locals pubs (6-minute walk) and plenty of walking/running routes to keep you occupied.

The Cabin

Looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life? Or just need a change of scenery? Our cosy and romantic Cabin nestled at the top of our Cottage garden could be just what you need. Overlooking beautiful Dorchester Abbey in the heart of the South Oxfordshire countryside. The Cabin is situated at the centre of the historic village of Dorchester-on-Thames. One well behaved dog is welcome too to explore The Thames path, Wittenham clumps and the nearby Chilterns.

A brick and Stone barn that sleeps 6, Cutter’s Barn has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and is set on a small livestock Farm in stunning rural Buckinghamshire. Magnificent views of rolling hills and valleys on the edge of the Chiltern Hills, but close to Oxford and excellent transport links to London. Cattle and Sheep share the surrounding pastures with abundant wild bird and animal life.
