Le Petit Boucheron

Sur un plateau dominant 120ha de prairies et bosquets la ferme ovine du Boucheron est située à 15 km au sud de Limoges. C'est la maison la plus ancienne du domaine qui a été rénovée pour en faire un gîte cosy et grand confort avec 4 chambres en suite. La maison ouvre de plain pied sur un terrain en pelouse ombragée. Elle dispose d'une piscine 8x4 m, chauffée, privée, ouverte de mai à septembre, une terrasse de 60m2 avec une partie couverte. Sur le site un autre gîte peut accueillir 15 personnes.

Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

Nestled in the heart of the Limousin countryside, this house is in a protect site just a two-minute walk from the Site Corot, emblem of the town of Saint-Junien. Sleeps up to 7, including one bedroom with 1 double bed and private terrace, another with 1 double bed and one last with 3 single beds. We supply bed linen and towels.
