The bedroom is equipped with 32-inch smart TV, Hairdryer,Kitchenette including microwave, mini fridge, complimentary water, tea/coffee making facilities, biscuits, plates, cutlery and bathroom providing towels and toiletries. 2ish bedrooms 2 bathrooms + breakfast Nr Newcastle

I want to welcome people and their dogs to our home in the village of Rowlands Gill just 8 miles from the centre of Newcastle. I have 2 bright, spacious bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. A complimentary continental breakfast is available in the second bedroom. This room has huge windows looking onto our wood. There are no curtains but it isn’t overlooked. However it can be bright early on summer mornings. The beds are partly separated from the seating by a screen. Many birds and mammals can be seen

Modern, quiet and restful top floor rooms

Modern 3 storey home. Guests have sole use of the rooms on the top floor-comprising lounge with two two-seater reclining sofas, TV, Music/DVD players. Bathroom (bath +shower) and w/c, bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, all kitchen facilities and the dining room on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and the rear garden backs onto the Coast-coast cycle track.

Tuns House sits at the head of this charming village of Eggleston overlooking the village green. It stands adjacent to the Teesdale Way which is a popular walking trail in the Dale. Eggleston is a 10 minute drive from the thriving tourist town of Barnard Castle and 5 minutes from the tourist town of Middleton in Teesdale which has all amenities. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside and lots of nature walks. Eggleston Hall and the Moorcock pub(great food) are within a 5 minute walk.

Pry House, Northumberland

Pry is a cosy 18th-century, cottage farmhouse within five acres of wild flowers, a verdant copse and running burn. Just 5 minutes drive from Slaley Hall, 10 minutes to Healey Barn, and 45 minutes from Hadrian’s Wall, Pry lies just south of Hexham and Corbridge. Help is on hand with Steve and cocker spaniel, Kes. Steve raises a small flock of sheep, from which he makes artisanal cheese. He can give advice on walking, cycling, or casting a fly for salmon and wild trout.

Attic in my shared home, with one shared bathroom and 2 separate toilets. I'm vegetarian. The house is spacious with tranquil garden, in friendly street in the West End. We are a pleasant 15 mins. walk to the town centre for shops, pubs and restaurants. Close to the Memorial Hospital for NHS workers. Great for work, visiting friends/family or holidays. Wifi is fast.
