TV. 30 m2 de jardín priv. delante del mar. Patio de 15 m2 con plantas, que da luminosidad y vida. Piscina y a/ac. La habitación secundaria dispone de dos camas individuales. Puede ponerse bajo la otra, liberando espacio en la habitación. Cuna para bebé si es necesaria y tb mesa de trabajo y silla si imprescindible.

Apartamento nuevo, con licencia turística, completamente equipado a 50mts de la Playa de Sant Sebastià, a cinco minutos andando del centro histórico. En las cercanías se pueden encontrar diversos comercios y restaurantes con vistas al mar y de diversidades gastronómicas. Les va a encantar el lugar debido a la ubicación, el barrio, y las zonas exteriores. El alojamiento es bueno para parejas, viajeros de negocios, y familias con hijos. Hemos extremado la higiene entre reserva y reserva.

Mi casa está a un paso de la playa, con todos los servicios (restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias, tren, autobús) a menos de 5 minutos a pie. Apartamento con aire acondicionado, WIFI, piscina y aparcamiento privado perfecto por su ubicación e iluminación. Perfecto en una zona tranquila y a 45 minutos del centro de Barcelona. Estación de tren a cinco minutos caminando y autobuses a diez minutos. Espero poder alojaros!!!Será un placer para mi.....Todo el mundo es bienvenido!!!

Right in the centre of Sitges' old town, 50 metres from the beach, on the 3rd and top floor without a lift. Tastefully decorated apartment. There is a bedroom with queen size bed, open to the living room (it can be closed off with a curtain) and a small extra room with a single bed. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine. The windows are double-glazed with electric shutters, air conditioning and a west-facing balcony for lunch (sunny in the afternoon).
