Casa Perinquén es un apartamento con encanto, situado en la zona sur de la isla, por lo que gozamos del mejor clima. Su ubicación es ideal, está a 6 minutos caminando de la playa, de la avenida marítima peatonal y de la zona de restaurantes. Estamos a unos 15mins caminando del centro del pueblo. Es un apartamento reformado, dentro de una edificación antigua, aportando así carácter y buena ubicación.
