It takes 7- 8 minutes walking on a well maintained trail to have your toes in the Pacific Ocean. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of the roaring ocean waves. We are 10 minute drive from center of Ocean Shores & 15 minutes from Seabrook.

The Ocean House is a WA coast beachfront gem with amazing ocean views, a lush park-like compound, gated beach access, and style guests describe as exquisite and dreamy. Wood floors. Due to Ocean Shores zone restrictions, this studio is only offered as a workspace. By booking this space, you acknowledge you intend to use it as a workspace. You will, of course, have 24-hour access. Your projects are your business. The studio has views of the Jetty and sunsets to the west. 10 min. Walk to the beach. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bath with a shower on the first floor. On the second floor, there is a full bed and a couch that pulls out to make a queen bed.

We’ve upgraded our cottage but it still has that cozy cabin feel that guests love. Private trail across street is a 5 min. walk to the beach. Large backyard with firepit, horseshoes & chairs. Enjoy a break with an evening fire or Netflix movie (Roku smart TV). Log wood/open beams interior with AC/Heat from new mini-split. Comfortably sleeps 3 adults/3-4 children. Propane grill, crab pots, board games, patio set, beach chairs/towels/blanket, bikes and kids sand toys onsite.

One bedroom with queen mattress downstairs and the loft upstairs has one full bed, a futon, and mats (max occupancy 4). Many kitchen tools.
