Welcome to The Bearberry Suite at Cooperstown Lodge, located just 3 miles from Cooperstown Dreams Park and 4 miles to the Baseball Hall of Fame. This is one of 3 units at The Cooperstown Lodge. This cozy suite offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, modern amenities, a relaxing atmosphere, and access to a refreshing inground pool and large second story balcony. The entire suite is upstairs in the lodge for stairs are a must to access the property. Large yard has wiffle ball and volleyball!

Welcome friends! Great house for baseball season. Each room is large, inviting, and offers wonderful natural lighting with its 56 windows. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Historic Tavern (w/ saltwater hot tub)

Copper top bar in your private tavern/kitchen. Sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms (3 beds). 6-person salt water hot tub (available after 8/22/25), Picnic table, grill. 25-28min to Cooperstown Dreams Park and All Star Village, 20min to Oneonta and Cobleskill. This home was completed in the 1870s and is a jewel in the region (we’re bringing her back to life, but she’s still pretty awesome). The town pool is on the neighboring property, it’s very convenient.
