Parking available. 10 min drive to South Beach 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. Excellent Wifi , Netflix. The kitchen is stocked with basic provisions and appliances. Webber BBQ for outdoor cooking. Accommodation has thorough cleaning after every stay.

Separate, secure private access to the granny flat which contains a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, smart TV, desk and wifi. Ideal for a short stay for one person but can fit two.
