Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

Mountain View Studio

This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

The pricing is for 1 BED/BATH, can add 2nd bed/baths for a fee. I use this listing to fill gaps-mid week-when the larger listing isn't rented and PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST PEAK WEEKENDS/HOLIDAY more than two weeks in advance. Our 3 bedroom home on a quiet side street is a seven minute walk to The Met, Zebbs, Horsefeathers, and all of the other wonderful shops and restaurants in North Conway Village. It is a 5 to 20 minute drive to the Cranmore Ski resort, the Settlers Green outlets, Story Land, the Saco River, Diana's Baths, Cathedral Ledge, Echo Lake, and Black Cap Mountain. Enjoy!!

Big enough for multiple couples/families while still being able to maintain space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. If you need a bigger space we can rent the Owner's Quarters for a total of seven bedrooms, six bathrooms and two living rooms. Two minutes from Cranmore and centrally located for all the best of the Mt. Washington Valley!

Bear's Den North Conway Village

The Bear's Den is a small but efficient apartment with a cabin decor , it is perfect for a couple or couple with young children, the bunk bed's are toddler size 4 ft. long. We do not provide bedding, you are responsible for providing all bedding, sheets, blankets, pillows. You can choose to provide your own bedding or upgrade and have bedding provided. there is a one time pet fee of $65.00 that you pay for separately after arrival
