It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

We have our luxury lakeside caravan to rent at Tattershall Lakes Country Park in Lincolnshire. It has your own private hot tub overlooking the lake, enclosed garden and private fishing peg at the end of the garden! It has the most amazing views, especially at sunset and sunrise. So if you want to relax in the hot tub whilst the hubby fishes all day this caravan is for you! It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

This cosy, spacious, newly renovated guesthouse is situated in the village of Waddington. It consists of an open planned studio, with a separate bathroom and mini kitchen. The guesthouse boasts plenty of amenities: mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine (selection of pods supplied by us), large double bed, dining table and chairs, plenty of hanging/storage space, smart controlled heating, free wifi, TV.
