Relax at Canyon Lake, TX in our upstairs garage apartment. This is a 1 room apartment with a queen bed and a full air mattress (kept in the closet in the apt). It has a couch, recliner, full bath & a kitchenette. Outside sitting area with a gas grill - perfect for sunsets. The apartment is located on the southwest section of Canyon Lake, only 18 minutes from New Braunfels, the Schlitterbahn waterpark, historic Gruene, TX as well as the Whitewater Amphitheater and tubing on the Guadalupe river.

Gruene Reservations Condo 205

Condo 205 offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms with a full kitchen, living room and second outdoor living space. Each guest room has one queen bed with a bathroom across the hall. The master bedroom has two queen beds with a bathroom adjacent to that bedroom. All rooms have a TV with a Roku streaming device and access to a Hulu account with the ability to view local channels, Disney and ESPN+. We do not have traditional cable viewing options.

There is a room dividing curtain between the bedroom and the sitting area/kitchen. Guests have their own parking and entrance. Hot tub and large fenced in backyard are semi-private. Hot tub is for guest use only. Owner ran and operated.
