Aus diesem Gedanken entsprang die Idee, dieses Bootprojekt zu realisieren. Unser liebevoll modernisiertes Fährschiff Bj. 1925 liegt citynah direkt vor der Rummelsburger Bucht. Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

A unique, wonderful hideaway! The apartment has recently been renovated and complete interior designed by the owner who managed to match beautiful features with pragmatic living. It enjoys its own private entrance trough the garden and is situated in a prime location in Kreuzberg. In the vicinity you will find beautiful shops, supermarkets, restaurants, museums and Berlin's most popular parks. The apartment is the perfect base for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families.

The apartment has a lot of light due to big windows. It’s located close to Bergmann kiez which is famous for its restaurants, bars, little shops and boutiques. The apartment has an elevator and a beautiful sunny patio with an assortment of plants. The kitchen is fully equipped so it’s possible to make a nice dinner at home or go eat out in the neighborhood which is full of good restaurants. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment and the metro is in 5mn walking distance.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in the heart of one of the best districts in Berlin, Kreuzberg. Surrounded by great restaurants, you will live cozy and quite. You will have a private entrance, a private bathroom and a spacious room with a queen sized bed. You will have more than enough storage. The place has no kitchen, but there is the best restaurants right downstairs. Important: It is 5th floor so a lot of stairs. Not recommend if you have have trouble walking up stairs.

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
