Nestled in the Otway Ranges, our 2 storey cedar loft cottage has ample space for you to relax & unwind in the beautiful surrounds. Set on 3 acres of rolling lawns & native trees, there’s plenty of room to roam and spot the many native birds & wildlife that visit the property. With the Old Beechy Rail Trail right on our doorstep, bring your bikes to really immerse yourself in the fresh forest air. Take a 30 min trip to the Redwood Forest and nearby waterfalls, with the Forrest only 15mins away.

A Loft amongst the Gum Trees

Please note owners are onsite adjacent to guest accomadation. Located only a short 7 min drive west of Apollo Bay along the iconic Great Ocean Road and nestled amongst the gum trees. It is a rare day when you won’t spot a koala on the property. The Loft is spacious and adjacent to our family home. It is located above our shed, with private access and courtyard at the rear. The property is full of wildlife along with our animals... sheep, chickens and our dogs Honey and Cleo and cat Spot!

The Otway National Park edges the property, creating a lovely atmosphere of seclusion and peace, also enjoyed by birds and wildlife.

A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.

This secluded private sanctuary is adjacent to the Otway National Park. Killala retreat is a peaceful secluded haven set on 1.5 hectares of exotic gardens. The Retro Retreat is a self-contained holiday house in the heart of Forrest. Its central location means a short stroll to the Forrest Brewery & General Store and only 100 metres to the newly revamped Southern MTB Trailhead making it the perfect location for a weekend getaway. We have a fully fenced yard and are dog friendly.

Very comfortable two bedroom (1 Queen + 1 Double) cottage with parkland views and 3 minutes walk to the local shops, restaurants, hotel etc. 4/5 minute drive to Dan Hunters "Brae" restaurant. Linen and basic provisions provided. Outdoor BBQ etc, WiFi. Extra $25 per night for use of second bedroom eg non couples.
