Accès à l'eau à distance de marche, sur un quai dans la Baie de Fitch (donnant au Lac Memphrémagog). À noter que ce n’est pas une plage, et qu'il n'est pas possible de se baigner près du quai.

Ce studio vous offre une vue au premier rang du pont suspendu illuminé de Coaticook. Ce qui vous place à l'entré de Foresta Lumina. Il est situé à mis chemin entre la crèmerie reconnu de Coaticook (1,8km) et sont centre-ville (1,7km). De plus, en face de cette même crèmerie, nous y retrouvons la fameuse Microbrasserie de Coaticook. Plusieurs trajet pour randonné pédestre sont aussi à proximité sans compter le nouveau cinema de Coaticook dans sont centre-ville et bien plus.
