Large, beautiful 4 bedroom house located in Coal Creek Canyon, amazing mountain views, large living spaces with pool table, hot tub, games & more. We are centrally located to many places you'll want to visit on your Colorado vacation! An hour from Den airport, close to Boulder, Eldora Ski, Estes Park, casinos & Rocky Mtn Nat. AWD or 4WD is highly recommended in winter & spring months. We offer a lot do at the house; hot tub, fire tables, pool table, darts, stage with guitar. Permit 23-110606

Victoria's Guest Suite

This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

The house is about 1 mile from pearl street, .8 miles to a groceries and coffee, and just down the street from Mt. Sanitas for hiking. Also half a block from a bus stop and an e-bike doc is about 3 blocks away! Also there is the north boulder rec center with pickle ball courts.
