Welcome to Island Peace, our beautiful island getaway for family vacations or small retreats. We’re located in a quiet neighborhood with ample yardspace for playing and watching the deer roam. Located a couple-minute walk to a semi-private sandy beach, you can swim in the crystal clear, shallow water of the St. Clair River’s South Channel while watching freighters pass by. Enjoy fishing or watching sunsets from our North Channel dock or one of the several DNR access points throughout the island.

This is a historic place that was born out of a fire in 1906 and rebuilt in 1907 as the dry goods store. The open floor plan is 1400 feet of room to relax and there is even more to explore in this water front neighborhood. Boaters and fishermen love this place. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance even more within a short drive. There are multiple public boat access points within minutes. We also have plenty of parking space for your vehicles, boats and trailers.

Perfect Hunting or fishing lodge, but spacious and comfortable enough to bring the entire family for a weekend of fun. Located in the heart of lake st. clair boating central. Seawall can be made available for guests who would like to bring a boat, and a boat launch is within 2 minutes. There is parking for two Vehicles and two boat trailers, or 4 Cars. Arrangements can be made for extra trailer parking required. Perfect location for lake Duck hunting and Ice Fishing as well!

The kitchen comes with everything to prepare meals, Keurig coffee pot, dishwasher, cover porch over looking canal, BBQ, fire pit and place to dock 10 to 20ft boat. It’s within walking distance to local establishments and Algonac State Park. There is great fishing, boating and other activities in the area. It’s within seconds to St. Clair River, Harsens Island and Lake St. Clair.
