You will be comfortable in this spacious & unique UPSTAIRS ONLY Apt that was once the hotel portion of the Historic "Flemings Tavern" where the conspirators plotted the murder of the Prophet Joseph Smith & his bro. Hyrum & celebrated their success. We offer 1 King Bed / 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa / futons for the kids. Sleeps 6-8 comfortably. We feature picture walls of names & faces with personal history of the conspirators and other facts. Private entrance. Well lite. Blackout shades in each room.

Built in 1875 in Kahoka in northeast Missouri, the Harkness Trump House sits adjacent to acreage of a continually working farm since Kahoka's early days of settlement. For generations this has been a happy family home, then a bed & breakfast and now the entire home with updated renovations is ready for visitors to our quaint rural area. We live in the south wing, separated from this wing. 5 finished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 3 showers, a full kitchen, lounge, laundry room, a garden, chickens, and a pond out back. There is a handicap-accessible shower but there are three steps you need to take to get into the building. There are 3 full beds and 3 twin beds available. The laundry room is in the basement, along with items for a foster closet we run. You are welcome to use the laundry, please just leave the other items alone.
