It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Con acceso independiente, este apartamento de 35 metros es ideal para parejas, y pasar un tiempo tranquilo, cerca de Madrid Río, a 1 min del metro y buses y para ir andando al centro, dando un paseo viendo la catedral, el palacio real, y en un barrio lleno de vida multicultural en el nuevo barrio de "Brooklyn" de Madrid, con restauración y comercio cercanos. El apartamento está recién reformado y tiene todas las comodidades, hemos cuidado todo para hacer de vuestra estancia un momento estupendo

Elegante apartamento en zona señorial

Mi casa se encuentra en el elegante distrito de Chamberí (MadridCentral), con conexión directa por Metro al aeropuerto, los lugares de interés en Madrid (Palacio Real, Museo del Prado, IFEMA, Gran Vía...) y las estaciones de alta velocidad ferroviaria. Es mi propio hogar, donde yo mismo resido habitualmente. Tiene un salón de 35m2, un balcón de 12 m de largo, cocina, baño y dormitorio. Es muy soleada, tiene preciosas vistas sobre un palacio y sus jardines, y ningún escalón desde el exterior.
