A private back garden has direct access to the neighbouring park (perfect for kids) it is located in a central yet quiet side road off Oxford St with great shops, cafes, restaurants and a cinema all on your doorstep. Handy to public transport (only one train stop to the centre of Perth) and a 15 min drive will take you to the beach!

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and own living/dining, as well as its own bathroom and laundry facilities. Linen including beach towels, is supplied. There is a stunning swimming pool and guest have use of a barbecue and outdoor wok. The apartment is part of our family home (we live in the main residence), but is completely self contained with access through your own lock up garage or via a sliding door into the living room. Only 5 minute drive to Perth's best beaches.
