La casa è dotata di tutti i confort; esternamente vi è una piscina, una vasca idromassaggio, barbecue e parcheggio dentro la proprietà. Dista dalla spiaggia più vicina di Porto Palo circa 5 km, dal centro città circa 6 Km. Nei pressi, il parco Archeologico di Selinunte (15 km), il borgo di Sciacca (25 Km), e la spiaggia Scala dei Turchi (80 Km). L'aereoporto di Palermo dista 1 ora circa.

All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor
