Welcome to Chippewa Falls! In the town of Anson, this corner is where The Old Washington School stood, a one room country school. Barbara bought/built on this lot in 2015, she had lived in the Chippewa Falls area her whole life. She was an old school world traveler! My husband Mike and I(Brenda-Barb's daughter) thought my mom being the world traveler that she was, she would LOVE her home to be a rooming house. Home decorations are inspired by area history!

This is a spacious, beautiful home away from home! We are located about a 1/4 mile away from gorgeous Lake Holcombe. Nestled away behind the pines :) The area offers plenty of out door activities, year round. Take a walk on the quiet, peaceful lakeshore, or jump on the trails just down the road for some OTR fun. There is also the well known ice age hiking trail close by. We do offer maps located on your welcome stand to help you navigate our great community.
