Sunny twin/double room near Downs

We have a bedroom available in our cottage which dates back to the 17th Century. The bed will convert from a DOUBLE to a TWIN as required. The room is light. airy. There is ample cupboard space, a built-in chest of drawers. There are ample power sockets and WiFi is also available. We have a family bathroom available upstairs which is shared with whoever is staying. Fresh towels are always available. There is a spacious kitchen/breakfast room where you are welcome to use the facilities to prepare your own meals if you wish and store food in the fridge/freezer. Please do tidy up after :-) .Laundry facilities are available at a small extra cost.. We do want you to feel comfortable and if you have any other requirements do please ask. We have an attractive south-facing garden running alongside our two cottages and ample off-road parking space. we have a permanent built in barbecue guests are most welcome to use in our garden. Our home is situated on the A29 10 minutes drive from Chichester. The A29 is a main road and although it quietens down a lot at night for those of you with sensitive ears this might not be the place for you. The historic city of Chichester with it's beautiful cathedral, famous Festival Theatre, Fishbourne Roman Palace, museums, art gallery, gardens together with it's many interesting independent shops and restaurants is about 5 miles away. Arundel which boasts a magnificent castle set above the Arun River valley is also close by as are both Fontwell and Goodwood race courses. The coast together with its resorts and beaches is within easy reach as is the newly designated South Downs National Park ideal for trekking, cycling and horse riding. It also boast a number of outdoor museums and Nature Reserves such as Kingley Vale reputed to be the largest natural Yew forest in Europe. Whether you prefer the seaside or the beautiful rolling countryside of the Sussex Downs there is much to enjoy in our area.

Cafes,bars,bistros,castle,lido,& fab walks.Room for bikes,paddle boards and pushchairs in the external locked corridor.10/15 minute walk from the train station.Parking usually found on King Street or London Road which is free.

Oak House Barn near Chichester and Goodwood.

Overlooking The South Downs on the South Cycle Route ,in close proximity to Bosham, Chichester, and the sandy beaches of The Witterings is the annex to Oak House. On offer is a converted barn, containing 2 double bedrooms bathroom sitting room and fully equipped kitchen with self service breakfast included. Please be advised that the staircase is quite steep but there is a banister and stair gate. if required. Guests can see the animals in fields the goats live off the end of the small garden

The Piggery, Henley Hill

The Piggery is a beautiful self- contained, detached converted Piggery set in landscaped gardens as part of Verdley Edge and nestled between Cowdray woodland and the stunning South Downs. With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. After 6 years superhosting over 500 guests The Piggery has just received a full renovation for 2024 and is looking extra lovely, we can’t wait to welcome you.

Beautiful double bedroom in tranquil setting.

The Flint House is in a beautiful, peaceful location on the edge of the South Downs. Guests have their own front door, king size bed, en suite private bathroom and a wonderful breakfast serving locally sourced food in our farmhouse kitchen. We are very close to Goodwood, Chichester with The Festival Theatre, West Dean gardens, the Weald and Downland Museum where the Repair Shop is filmed, Farbridge Barns and only 25 minutes from the coast. Tea and coffee and homemade cakes are supplied.

Chichester Double Room

It is a very attractive modern detached house in a quiet location on the north/east side of Chichester with free parking and views over Goodwood motor racing circuit and the South Downs. We are 5 minutes walk from St Richard's hospital. Also easily accessed from the A27 and a 20 minute walk to Chichester city centre. A cosy and comfortable double room with a shared bathroom. Breakfast included. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travellers.

The Bay Tree - Central & Quiet Location

The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. This takes centre stage at breakfast and has patio doors leading out into the garden. Upstairs there is a comfortable double bedroom ensuite. The room is quiet, light & airy, with a king size bed and shuttered windows. Free off street parking and WiFi included.

Hi I’m Debbie , on site host, Babylon is situated in Northend Portsmouth , this is a very large room with work station, 1 minute walk to bus routes , bars, eatery’s, cash points , local shopping strip , We are only a short bus ride to gunwharf quays, and our stunning seafront . A short drive/ bus ride from QA. Excellent WiFi , breakfast included at whatever time suits you. Off road parking on site , Look forward to seeing you soon Debbie .

The Chicken Shed

The` Chicken shed` is a cosy 1 bedroom annexe with en-suite shower room, on the courtyard of Highground Barn, which is a traditional Sussex flint barn originally built in 1760 and converted in 2004. The property sits at the end of a quiet country lane in Barnham village surrounded by fields of grazing horses, and is an ideal location to stay and relax. A stay at the `Chicken Shed` is sure to be a peaceful and relaxing time.

The house is in a quiet residential area. The ground floor has a warm atmosphere with pine floors and a large kitchen/ diner. The guest bedroom overlooks the back garden. The sea, town, station, Tesco and Co-Op express shops and several pubs/ restaurants are all short walks away. The house is close to the Downs, many towns and cities, and event centres such as Goodwood and Fontwell.

Pretty self contained annexe in grounds of a medieval listed farmhouse, well equipped kitchen, 2 cosy double bedrooms TVs, lounge with sofa bed, small shower and toilet, hot tub must be booked for private use . Well behaved dogs only please. Lovely breakfast provided to prepare yourselves . We also do a champagne package with nibbles and cake for £40 or with Prosecco for £ 30

The house is bright, clean and stylish with a welcoming feel located near to Langstone Harbour and well served with busses to the city centre and sea front. The kitchen and lounge are available for you to use and the bathroom has a lovely shower and bath. The room includes a double bed, bedside drawer and chest of drawers. The garden is patio and accessible for guests.
