Covered Bridge Cottage

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

Take it easy and relax amongst nature, at this newly renovated old stone farmhouse. Semi-detached, 2 bedroom house is half of this old stone farmhouse originally built in the 1800s. Completely renovated, the house boasts unique and stylish decor, blending old with new. You can enjoy the comforts of home while soaking in the character and history only an antique gem can bring. Relax on your private porch and listen to the trickling sounds of the Pequea Creek, going by the property.

The Peaceful Nook

The Peaceful Nook, built by Zook Cabins is the perfect place for a romantic getaway, or a peaceful time in nature. The A-frame is one of the best glamping experiences you will find! With heat and AC, a luxurious bed, kitchenette, hammock, rain shower, bath house, sauna, flat top griddle, fire pit (firewood included) chairs under the stars, and the unparalleled connection to nature - Robes also provided! What better way to spend a few nights to fully re-energize yourselves!

The Pump Maker’s House Marshallton Historic Beauty

Situated in the historic village of Marshallton, this home is furnished in country style with lovely antiques and vintage items. The first half of the house was built in 1790 with an addition added in 1830. This house was the childhood home of George McFarland, pump maker. He was the town plumber and made wooden pumps in a shop in the rear. We have just completed an entire rehabilitation with brand new plumbing, electric, hvac, as well as brand new bathrooms and kitchen.

The Millhaus

This is the original "tiny house." Built in 1766, the Millhaus sits on a 32-acre historic site with the Knauer Mill, Horseshoe Trail, and French Creek. Take a short hike along the water's edge to Saint Peter’s Village for coffee & pastries, or dinner & drinks. Recharge with modern touches like onsite massage and private fitness amenities, available by appointment. Stay put and unwind—or venture out and explore the best of PA from this beautiful location!

You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. My goal is to create a romantic getaway experience, the barn that the loft is in is visible from our house but we have done our best to make the space private. The room is fully stocked with linens, bath towels, soaps, lotions and kitchen products.
