WELCOME Now open for 2026 and looking forward to greeting guests both new and old. Built under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is rustic themed and located around 5 mls (8km) from the A1 and 3 (5km) from the M62 motorway, with good road/rail and bus links. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

Two of the bedrooms can be made up as twin beds or superkingsize. The third bedroom has a double bed. There is also a cot and high chair in the apartment. Stoney Middleton has a friendly pub, village chip shop, curry cottage and The Cupola, serving food etc. Chatsworth, Bakewell, Eyam and Grindleford are all nearby.

Aire Vue - A highly rated home from home

Aire Vue is a HIGHLY RATED two bedroom cottage in the central conservation area of Skipton. The High Street, Castle, Canal etc are less than 5 minutes walk away. The house has been recently redecorated and had a new bathroom installed (2024) which includes a walk-in shower as well as a new kitchen (2025). Aire Vue has quality furniture and fittings. Each bed has an electric blanket to ensure you are warm in the winter months. The living room has photographs by a local photographer.

The Stables Cottage is a modern and spacious one bedroom cottage with original oak beam features and underfloor heating. All rooms are on the ground floor, with an en-suite king-sized bedroom with walk-in shower. The open-plan living space provides a lounge with dinning area and fully equipped kitchen. The patio doors can be opened back onto the large patio with outdoor seating. Guests can also enjoy the spacious shared gardens with wonderful views of the Staffordshire Moorlands.

Our two bedroom cottage is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx 20 miles from beautiful Snowdonia making this a great family base for walkers, cyclists and water sports lovers. Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest. Betton Cottage is a spacious first floor apartment in the grounds of Betton House, a Grade 2 listed Georgian house. Breakfast is provided. Featuring high ceilings and gorgeous period features.The flat is accessed by fairly steep stairs so is not suitable for guests who are unable to climb stairs.
