Welcome to the INDIGO room. This historic INN boasts 5 charming rooms with exterior access at the heart of the market and stables. Please click our bio photo to view all rooms, rates & reviews. You will enjoy a King bed, private bath, wifi, TV, mini fridge, a Fireplace in cooler months, and a complimentary breakfast bar. INDIGO is located on the second floor, you will need to climb stairs. We do not offer onsite parking but convenient parking lots are all within 1-2 blocks. $20-30 per night.

1,200 square foot Flat - Jasmine House

The Proprietor's Flat in the Main House has one, king-size bed and private bath with a tub/shower combination. Tastefully decorated with 18th century furniture, the private and luxurious flat also boasts a separate living room, dining room and kitchen in addition to beautiful hardwood floors. Amenities include hair dryer, iron/board, television, refrigerator, safe and high-speed internet access. These living quarters are the largest in the Jasmine House, totaling 1,200 sq. ft.

Parking is available at reasonable rates in multiple lots within 2 blocks of the inn.

The Brass Lady

The Brass lady is perfect for a single person or couple enjoying a quick get away to Folly. With a full size brass bed and large shower, the comfy space has everything you need. Enjoy relaxing on the private porch with a private entrance after a day of surfing or relaxing on the beach. Continental breakfast is offered daily in the shared kitchen and dining area. While street parking in front is available it is not guaranteed. Free parking is generally found close by.

Folliday Inn: The Torpedo: Room 22

Room 22- The Torpedo. This 2nd floor guest room has a private entry, a King-sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, free WIFI, & smart TV for up to 2 guests. The bathroom is outfitted with a tub & shower. Swim in the largest pool on Folly Beach! Beach access is only 1 block away. Great romantic escape! Must be 21 years+. Please note this unit comes with 1 on-site parking pass only. Community grill. NO smoking. Pet friendly for 1 dog with an additional $125 + tax fee.
