Beautiful villa in Valeriano over Koroni beach

The house is located at the foot of mountain Aenos, a few hundred meters before entering Valeriano village. The 40 sq.m apt at the basement on the south side of the villa, is fully equipped and airconditioned by two inverters, ideal for couples, families or friends. It consists of two airconditioned bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a king size bed which also has a silent fan), a small living room with a TV, a fully equipped small kitchen, a bathroom, a yard of its own and a garden.

Our tiny, traditional house, hand-built in 1924, consists of a kitchen and bathroom downstairs (19 sq.m) and a double bedroom upstairs (16 sq.m) as well as a big and lovely terrace. It is located in the traditional village of Svoronata, less than a mile from the airport (0.9 mi), Ammes beach (0.5 mi) and many other beautiful coasts. Willkommen in unserem schönen Haus in den "Poros-Hills". Das direkt am kleinen Hafen gelegene Haus bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Ionische Meer und läd mit seinen großzügigen Balkonen zum verweilen ein. Ein paar Gehminuten entfernt können sie es sich am Strand gut gehen lassen. Im obersten Stockwerk unseres Hauses genießen sie einen Traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Wir müssen für jeden Tag 8€ Touristensteuer verlangen. Das sind Steuern die an den Staat gehen.

The Orange Blossom Studio, Inglessata Rose Studios

The Orange Blossom Studio at Inglessata Rose is located above the garden with a view of the orange orchard and the village from the private terrace. This studio features a large double bed and has a bigger bathroom than the other studios. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a small electric cooker, essential cooking utensils, glassware, plates and cutlery and a stovetop espresso maker. An island breakfast is available with a surcharge of 14 euros.
