Perfect location for walking to outlets and NW Sports Hub, short drive to Hub City downtown. Thorbecks Fitlife Center offers PAID PASS access to pool, spa/sauna/full gym. Daily and weekly passes available.

The house is old(123yrs) but with some modern touches like nice windows, insulation and A/C, rain or shine the house is cozy with tons of natural light coming in. THE COTTAGE SITS ON A BUSY STREET. Being well insulated and having new windows, the house is pretty quiet inside usually but we all know "load exhaust guy" will always be annoying.

The spacious living room with writing desk, bedroom, bath, mini-kitchen (with hot plate), patio, and private coded entrance are on the lower floor of this rural mid-century modern house—our family home since 1960.
