The Guest House @ Cherry Tree Farm

Welcome to Cherry Tree Farm, Cromwell. Stay in our beautiful self contained guest house set within the gardens of our urban farm and cherry orchard. The Guest House comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The living area has a sofa and a daybed. A separate bedroom offers a Queen bed and there is a bathroom with shower. The living area can also be converted to accomodate either 2 single beds or a king double. This makes The Guest House a perfect space for up to 4 people.

The Apartment

Our renovated room is located at the back of our section over the garage, with separate external access via staircase. We are perfectly located for you to enjoy all Cromwell has to offer. Only a 10 min walk to the town centre and lake, even closer to the golf course and of course a great spot for you to stay if you are heading off on the central otago bike trail. The room has a kitchenette with complimentary tea and coffee and everything you need for a relaxing few nights away from home.

Elevated above the Manuherikia river with dramatic schist rock faces and river views, our spacious,and warm ground floor apartment is nestled next to the Central Otago Rail Trail, Matangi Station Mountain Bike Park, and walking tracks. Cafes and restaurants are a few minutes walk along the scenic river track passing the historic shaky bridge. The river track is accessed from our property. It is a 30min drive to Highlands Motorsport Park, and one hour to both Queenstown and Wanaka.

Set on an acre with gorgeous mountain views and all day sun. This purpose built, architecturally designed room with ensuite has it's own separate entry and is private from the rest of the home. You have your own outdoor area. Linen & towels supplied. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster & bar fridge in the room. Wifi & Netflix available. It's stylish & luxuriously appointed and immaculately presented. 4km from the lake and down the road from a boat ramp, river & bike trails.

This contemporary self contained one bedroom accommodation is perfect for you alone or a couples getaway with full PRIVACY. Warm, fully equipped functioning kitchen, stunning views of the Remarkables and just a few minutes drive to amenities while only a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Queenstown. Also a short walk to the Queenstown Trail and the Kawarau River. Wonderful pets are welcomed after host's approval. x Ps. You are, of course, allowed to have guests during your stay.

Private Guest Suite at The Corner House

Our home is located in beautiful Arrowtown, with the Arrow River reserve (great for biking and walks, or a refreshing dip) just over the road, and the Arrowtown Golf course very close by. Walking into the village is a pleasant 20 minute stroll (for the average person) or slightly longer if you walk along the river. We built our home ourselves in 2007. It is modern but classic and decorated with contemporary colours and warmth. We would love you to come and stay.

Welcome to Cromwell and The Cosy Coudret Flat. Our flat is attached to our modern family home. Although we are attached the flat has its own private entrance and private court yard. It has one bedroom with a Queen size bed. The bathroom is off the bedroom. The separate living area has a pull out sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Our flat is stocked with everything we can think of to make your stay practical and comfortable.

We are in a rural setting beside the mighty Clutha River. A self-contained unit with plenty of off-street parking. Quiet and relaxing including a spa bath in your own ensuite. Within walking distance to the Roxburgh town centre and close proximity to the Clutha Gold Cycle Trail. Attention Cyclists: We are now in a position to offer pick-up & delivery of you and your bike if required. Prior confirmation of this would be necessary.
