Our home is situated on 6 acres of natural beach frontage. Many guests return to our home each year for the privacy it provides. Local communities offer dining options, grocery stores, banks and shops making it possible to obtain everything you'll need for your stay. Snorkeling, diving and fishing guides are available.

Rent this beautiful home as a 2 or 3 bedroom home depending on your needs with one of the largest stretches of pink sand beach to explore in either direction from the house. You couldn't ask for a more centrally located home, close to great restaurants, and amazing beaches on both sides of the island. The home was just finished in May of 2023 and is ready to rent and enjoy. Our home has a full house generator if the power should go out and or caretakers are just a few minutes away.

Welcome to Tipsy Palm Villa, a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1200 sq. ft. bungalow on Ten Bay residential road, near the Caribbean-facing side of Eleuthera. It is a 2 minute walk to Ten Bay Beach, across a road and down a beach path. Tipsy Palm is a 30 min. drive from GHB or RSD airports. From ELH airport, it is a 1 hour 20 min. drive. Newly installed generator. Please note the house is uses cistern (rain) water. We kindly ask that guests please conserve water.

Real, Working Lighthouse with Secluded Beach

Palmetto Point Lighthouse is a working lighthouse that is located on navigational charts of the Bahamas. The house is directly on the Atlantic Ocean and has commanding views throughout. A paved walkway leads from the lighthouse to an intermediate level patio followed by a staircase to the secluded beach. It's a spacious, well-appointed residence with a living area, dining area, three bedrooms, and two full baths. WiFi and a Smart TV plus a DVD player.

NEW HOUSE AT ELEUTHERA'S MOST SOUGHT AFTER LOCATION: BANKS ROAD - GOLDEN MILE Tradewinds is a secluded 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a private pool and spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean. Located on the Banks Road in the heart of Eleuthera's “Golden Mile”, it is 900 feet (3 mins walk) down a deeded path to a beautiful, quiet, pink sand beach. Pool house can be added for $100 a night. Pool house is a Studio with a King Bed and Ensuite Bathroom.
