Watermill Cottage is a two storey property with three bedrooms. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer microwave and washer/dryer, and has a dining table which comfortably seats four. The lounge are has two large sofas, and a televison with Freeview. There is also a downstairs shower room and toilet. Upstairs the master bedroom has a double bed which can convert to a twin bed and a wardrobe. There is also another double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a family bathroom. Ample parking is available for tenants use. £30 worth of electricity is included in the rental for this property. Electricity cards are available to purchase if more electricity is required. Heating by electric radiators.
