Our beautiful private guest suite is located in one of the most quiet, safe, and green residential neighborhoods in Philadelphia, Roxborough. We are a 10 minute drive from Manayunk restaurants & bars, and 35 minute drive from Center City Philadelphia (45 with traffic). Buses and trains are within walking distance to go to Center City if you don’t want to drive. Also, the Wissahickon Valley park is less than 5 mins away for those interested in sightseeing, hiking, and biking along the trails.

We designed the space to be clean, calm, and serene. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, a short walk from the town of Gladwyne, and many trails and parks nearby. (Ask us for our favorites if you’re an outdoor enthusiast!) Olga and Dima live on the first floor of the house and can try to accommodate any needs you may have!

I'm tired of dumb reviews left by those who take advantage of our affordability but expect us to be in a "better" location, have nicer amenities or want special treatment. BOOK ELSEWHERE IF THAT'S YOU. I DON'T NEED YOUR MONEY OR ISSUES. <No Visitors Allowed!> Reservations must be made at least 2 hours before you're ready to check-in. No "early luggage drop offs" and No bike storage.

Come enjoy this large, sunny, romantic 3rd floor private master suite that features a king-sized canopy bed, smart TV, dining area, large closet, large bathroom and the rooftop patio with views of the city. Walking distance to Center City ( 25 minutes), The Met and many bars and restaurants this is a perfect place for a romantic getaway. This is a private suite on the 3rd floor, the entry way and hallways are shared, but you have the whole upper level floor to yourself.
