The stylish first floor apartment of a classic Ithaca home, nestled into the highly walkable Fall Creek neighborhood. Just a few short blocks from Ithaca Falls, with easy access to Cornell, Ithaca College, and downtown. We took inspiration from boutique hotels when designing this space, with recently renovated bathroom and kitchen, new appliances, smart TV and luxury linens.

Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Our open-concept kitchen with an island is equipped with the basics for your cooking needs after a trip to the Farmers Market for fresh produce.

Beautiful and quiet outdoor setting with wonderful large yard with lots of trees. Great location for a visit to Ithaca and Trumansburg. Close by are wineries, Cornell University, Ithaca College, 4 state parks, Cayuga lake, trails, gorges and waterfalls. Wake up surrounded by trees on this beautiful property. NO tv or wifi for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

If you're looking for a prime location, you've found it. This modernly designed home is situated​​ right across from the picturesque Cascadilla Gorge Trail and only 0.4 miles away from restaurants and shops on The Commons. Also, just down the hill from Cornell. As soon as you step inside, you'll notice the clean and modernly furnishings that make up the upstairs unit of our historic 1890s Italianate duplex. The Rhodie House

The Rhodie House is located on the West shore of Cayuga Lake. It is close to Ithaca, wineries and parks. Cornell University can be seen from the dock. The lake frontage includes 80 ft. of gravel beach as well as a wooden dock. The cottage has a wrap around deck with great lake views. There are over 20 rhododendron bushes on the property. A smart TV allows streaming your favorite shows.

Parkview Cottage

Charming historic train station (ca.1830) located near the southeast corner of Cayuga Lake, across the street from Stewart Park, the Visitor Center and the Cayuga Waterfront Trailhead. This house is not for everybody. It has a rustic, bohemian vibe. There is a flight of stairs leading to the bedroom. Looking for someone to stay for a month from 12/26-1/24. $850.
