A lovely little accommodation, comfortable and cosy with a country cottage garden and a beautiful view of the fell beyond. It's located in the village of Allithwaite, just 1.5 miles from the picturesque Cartmel, famous for its races and wonderful pubs, and restaurants. There is a driveway for easy parking. The rear garden, shared with the main house, has comfortable furniture. The single owner has the main house, though she is often away. Local amenities include a corner shop and a pub.

The medieval village of Cartmel is a 15 minute walk away, via public footpath through the surrounding fields or country lanes. Famous for its 12th century Priory, 2 Michelin starred restaurants & delicious sticky toffee pudding. The Edwardian town of Grange is a 5 minute drive with plenty of amenities and a lovely promenade walk. The southern end of Lake Windermere is a 12 minute drive.

We also provide a free permit for on street Parking just outside the front door.

Perfectly located to access The Lakes and the medieval village of Cartmel. Cosy log stove, Wifi and private car park. No 2 is a small but perfectly formed 18 square meter holiday let on the ground floor of the building. Overlooking the square, puts Flat 2 in a perfect location. Staying at No 2 is like going glamping but in a Grade 2 listed building.
