Welcome to the beauty and nature of Core Sound! The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and has spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows. Other amenities are a screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs (with a single $150 pet fee), joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

Well-appointed guest cottage in historic New Bern offers all the comforts of home while situating you under 0.5mi from city center. Private bedroom and en suite downstairs, king bed in loft. Each room has individual wall units for custom temp control, living space has TV with Firestick for streaming and Bluetooth speaker. Kitchen does not have a stove/oven but includes microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, fridge, blender, kettle. Please use our little library to discover new and old treasures!

For the fishing enthusiasts an array of fish can be caught from the dock to incl, sheep's head, flounder, puppy drum, speckled trout, blue fish, crabs and more.

You will not forget your stay at the River Watch Retreat, and will want to tell your friends. This beautiful cabin offers a full NW view of the Carolina Blue Sky and setting sun on ENC's Trent River. Stroll streets steeped in maritime history, quaint shops and great restaurants. Take a ferry ride to Carrot Island or Shackleford banks to view the wild horses or visit the beautiful beaches of the Crystal Coast. Beau Retreat is a new construction, 6oo sq ft with its own entrance, parking, ac/heating unit, TV, fridge, microwave and toaster oven.
