The house hosts 2 queen size beds, 1 queen sofa bed, 1 bath, a common space, modest kitchen, and side street parking. You’ll be foot steps away from family fun and relaxation!

This cozy cottage is equipped with everything you need for your beach vacation. You will arrive to beds made up are ready to sleep! Our cottage is on a corner lot with the beach access just 100 yards away and our front porch looks out on the canal. Perfect for families, we have some toddler toys, a pack and play (please bring your own sheet), and a booster seat available as well as beach toys. Use our bicycles and ride the 6 blocks to the boardwalk area or the marina.

Point Break Historic Beach Cottage

Point Break is a 1940's beach cottage that has been lovingly restored to preserve the charm of a nostalgic beach house but with modern comforts such as new HVAC, full kitchen, outdoor shower and commercial hot water heater. Conveniently located 50 steps from the beach and directly across the street from Tony Silvagni's surf school and beach equipment rental shop. There is no need to get in your car once you arrive. The house is pet friendly and there is a $75 pet fee.

The Big Snapper is in one of the best spots on the island — just two blocks from the beach, walkable to a few great restaurants, and a short drive (or beach walk!) to downtown Carolina Beach. It’s the upstairs unit of a duplex and is completely separate from the space below. We welcome up to 2 dogs — just include them in your booking and make sure they’re respectful of the space.
