Our light and airy cottage was completed in 2014 & provides a spotless rural space perfect for a couple, small families or friends to come together for a memorable stay. 5 star amenities provided, you'd think you were in a hotel in the countryside! Come and say hello to our chickens, sample their delicious eggs over a lazy breakfast. Head out for a walk in the bucolic Vale of Belvoir, maybe take in a country pub, then home to cosy up in front of the log burner with some of our home-made cake 🍰

Relax in this perfect cosy country retreat in the heart of beautiful Holbrook Village. Stone Trough Cottage is approximately 150 years old with thick stone walls and original oak beams. Centrally heated and with a log burner for those cosy winter nights. You’ll find plush carpets and cosy bedrooms with plenty of storage space. The local country pub is a one minute walk. The local bus takes you the 10 minute ride into the bustling town of Belper with many individual shops, bars and restaurants.

An 1840's stone built One bed cottage in the heart of Derwent Valley - the charming market town of Belper, tastefully decorated to a high standard throughout. Centrally located to the bustling high street, with an array of friendly independent shops, from artisan bakeries, cafés & bars. Not only a fantastic high street, Belper has some excellent walks around the beautiful countryside, wander through Riverside meadows & amble along quiet lanes & be sure to be rewarded with some spectacular views.

Centrally located, 1 min walk to high street. Close to Donington Park Race Track & East Midlands airport. SkyLink bus stop 2 min walk, run every 20 mins AM & every hour PM, direct to airport, and to Derby, Loughborough & Leicester. Complimentary bottle of bubbly for stays 2 nights or more ☺️

Charming character cottage - 2 bedrooms

Charming cosy character cottage tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

Spacious, character cottage in village location

Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.

Lime Tree Cottage new barn convention

lime tree cottage is a band new barn convention with its own private hot tub, this very equipped cottage sleeps 2 and a infant or a camp bed is available on request. This spacious little cottage has a king size bed, bathroom with a shower, sink and w/c. In the lounge we have a 55” smart tv and beautiful views down the valley. The kitchen is well equipped for everything you would need, also has a dishwasher and washing machine. There are some beautiful walks and pubs in walking distance.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located cottage. Our carpark is 3 mins away as cottage in pedestrian area. Cottage is near the amazing Hockley area with loads of restaurants and bars. It’s also very close to the Market Square and Nottingham Castle. Nottingham Arena is a 5 minute walk. Notts Forest, Notts County and the Cricket ground are just 25/30minutes walk. ⚠️PLEASE NOTE-SAME DAY BOOKINGS MAY NOT GET PARKING- we recommend the lace market car park which is 3 mins away

Stone Rise Cottage, Belper

Stone Rise Cottage was built in 1874 and has been renovated to its characterful feel today. Entering through the stable-front door, is a traditional kitchen with all the necessities. Beyond this is the lounge with log burner, beams and doors to the stone terrace. There’s also a quaint dining room for evening meals. Upstairs is a modern, renovated bathroom with bath and traditional shower. There are two double bedrooms, both with an elegant feel and a double wardrobe in the second.

The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

You'll be spoilt for choice of walks as we are nestled in beautiful countryside , yet so close to local attractions and amenities.

Features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, while bedroom 2 on a spacious upstairs landing with a double bed and antique privacy screen. Your stay includes a milk & free parking and a small basket of logs (September-March).
