L'appartement se trouve en rez de chaussée de maison et est mitoyen avec un autre appartement séparé par un mur. Du mois de mai au mois d'octobre l'appartement est loué du samedi au samedi.

Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.
