Welcome to a cozy and comfortable basement suite in beautiful Sooke! The Sooke Serene Suite is perfect for couples, small families, or solo travelers seeking adventure in a coastal forest and oceanfront community. Featuring a private entrance, one bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a living room with a sofa bed, full kitchen, full bath and in-suite laundry. Located in a quiet residential area, our suite is a short drive from all major beaches, trails, restaurants, breweries and shops.

SuiteVista is close to Beautiful Mill Hill Park in a quiet neighborhood with a view of mountains and mighty trees. Just a 30 min walk or 6 min drive to Goldstream (the heart of Langford). Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. SuiteVista was just renovated. SuiteVista has its own laundry room and an electric fireplace. WiFi, Cable and Parking included.

Coastal Shores Oceanside Retreat

This charming BnB is nestled between the trees & the ocean. A sanctuary on Sooke's inner harbor. View diverse wildlife in this tranquil & private setting. Watch otters & seals play; blue heron fish. Maybe the owl will swoop by & the bear will wander past. You may see whales from your patio! Relax on the deck & dream while sailboats float by in this everchanging, natural landscape. Stroll down paths & enjoy a front row view of this haven at the oceanside cabana. Walk endlessly along the beach.

The Hilltop Hideaway was lovingly built in 2023 by newlywed hosts, Jake & Fran. With an emphasis on quality finishes & modern details, the space radiates a luxurious yet charming feel. With 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms & an open living space, this is the perfect place to relax & connect with travel partners! J&F placed a big emphasis on outdoor entertaining with a massive covered deck, the picnic table patio, & access to a cedar barrel sauna! Whether coming from close or far, you deserve it!

The Woodshed

Nestled among the towering trees of Jordan River, BC, Woodshed offers a serene retreat. Clean lines, natural wood finishes, and minimalist design blend with the lush coastal forest. Bear Mountain garden suite

Our cozy Bear Mountain garden suite is central to all things west coast. It is in walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, liquor stores, walking trails, lake trout fishing, children’s playgrounds, and more. A light, complimentary continental breakfast starts your day before adventuring out to enjoy west coast attractions that are just a short drive or bus ride away. Our quiet family neighbourhood is only 15.8 km (10 miles) or 25 minutes to the bustling downtown.

The Surf- Ocean Front-By the Beach- Outdoor Bath

Ocean front West Coast retreat located 40 meters above the surf, bordering China Beach. Enjoy beach fires, forest walks, hiking, mushroom forging and surfing. A short intermediate private trail will take you down to the beach. The 560 square foot cabin is set back on the property, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Juan de Fuca Straight. Cozy up by the wood fire in this cozy 1 king bed cabin or have a bath in the outdoor tub and enjoy the breathtaking views!

Garden Suite 15 min to Victoria, airport, ferries

Peaceful light filled suite with serene garden and valley views and glorious sunsets. Completely private with 2 spacious bedrooms, beautiful well stocked kitchen and modern bathroom. Wonderful Victoria and Sidney are only a 15 min drive as well as the airport and BC ferries.

Perfect short or long stay spot for those wanting to be near the Victoria International Airport, Sidney or Saanich Peninsula. Be our guest in our provincially-registered, self-contained legal suite situated above our adjoining garage on the second floor. Separate entrance, ground patio, and parking for two vehicles. You are 4 km from both YYJ and our Town of Sidney, 8 km from BC Ferries, and 24 km from Victoria. Early flight? Stay with us!

Cozy cottage for two

Our 300 sq. ft. cottage is situated on a 2.5 acre property where we reside. The location is perfect for those who want to have a place to relax after exploring the local vineyards, farmers’ markets, parks, beaches and walking trails. The cottage’s style mimics that of the main house, which is about 60 feet away from the cottage. We respect your privacy, and will leave you to yourselves. We love meeting new people and are LGBTQ+ friendly!
