Giraffe Room - The Old Catskill Game Farm Inn

Stay at The Giraffe Room inside what used to be the Giraffe Barn at The Old Catskill Game Farm. Located inside an abandoned zoo of what was once America's largest and first privately owned zoo. You can explore the grounds, go in the animal shelters and be secluded in 200+ acres with 3.5 miles of paved walkways while witnessing nature take back an American landmark. The inn features a full kitchen, outdoor hot tub and fire-pit. Decorated with remnants of The Catskill Game Farm. This is our most luxurious suite, the only King room, located on the main level of the Inn. It includes a walk in shower in the en-suite bathroom and a 3 person Jacuzzi tub in the main room. Sleep 3 in the king size bed or a please request a cot for the 3rd person. The Davemport Inn Room number 5

A nice room with a private bath.. I am posting this a room for 1 person... It has a very nice posturepedic single bed most of the time but I can put in a full size bed as well so 2 persons can stay for 10 bucks more... If you like old historical houses this is interesting because this room is one of the oldest operating hotel rooms in America.... The building is most likely late 18 century but was built as an Inn, not a house so this is a historical hotel room easy to keep distance

This is the Verona Suite. $215/night This room is for two adults only. It’s an adult hideaway. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. A private bathroom, tiled shower with a rain shower head from the ceiling. A softly lit romantic loft and a chandelier above the queen size bed with down pillows. It's private and A/C, Wifi, and Cable Smart TV. A hot Breakfast is served Thursday-Sunday. Other days have an assortment of breakfast foods and hot coffee. All days 8-10am

Great views of the Berkshire hilly forests, and hiking trails along a scenic river. Couples, families, and pets feel right at home in our recently renovated kitchen and warm, and friendly lodge with four bedrooms, electric baseboard heat and queen-sized beds. The sunny loft has a comfy queen. Gas heat. Call an hour before arrival if you don't have AT&T or Verizon cell service- other carriers may be inconsistent in the area. Wifi enabled. Pets are welcome for a $25 fee.
