At upper floor: living room with top quality fully equipped kitchenette, 1 master bedroom with impressive view of Madonna dell’ Orto church front, a second double/twin bedroom, 1 spacious bathroom WC/bidet/ bath/shower, a second WC with hand basin. A decorative spiral staircase leads from the living room to a small roof balcony overlooking the picturesque canal in front of the house. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment.
