This pond-side cottage is a peaceful place to relax & unwind. Sit in the sunroom and enjoy watching the birds & the water or enjoy the front porch rockers where you can listen to the birds & frogs. We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter & 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens, Poinsett State Park & Congaree Nat. Park. It's only 2 hrs to Myrtle Beach or Charleston & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it's conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to relax.

Red Roof Loft @ FireFly Farm

Come enjoy wide open quiet spaces on our almost 30-acre farm. If you need time and space to unwind, you will find that here. Our farm includes 2 farm cats, Marshmallow (the cream one) and Leo (the black one) , a rescue dog (Linguine) and a few horses. If you are NOT an animal lover, Firefly Farm might not be a good fit. Marshmallow will sometimes make the top of your vehicle his little resting place. And if you leave your door open, he might just sneak right in. Just shoo him & he’ll listen.

You can dock your boat in 12 feet of water at our dock. Perfect location for fishing, kayaking and swimming. Two living spaces with smart tv's. Now you can enjoy the fire pit and outdoor shower.

Once owned by the DuPont family (yes that DuPont family), the main part of the home is 96 yrs old and has many charming details. This cute cottage is cozy but BIG!The bedroom has a NEW KING bed. The small room with a daybedhas no window…but there is a door.. The living room has a sofa & twin bed and tv. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans & dishes ..You have a private kitchen and nothing in this unit is shared.We have 2 outside security cameras.1 is on the outside rail of the main house & the 2nd one is outside my back door. Both face the yard and & record 24 hours a day. 2 CAR MAX. NO PARTIES!!!!
