A stylish generous place to stay with beautiful, landscaped gardens. Explore wineries, golf courses, beaches, Southern and East coast regions with ease. Airport 5 minutes drive, Hobart City and historic Richmond 15 minutes drive. Offering airport transfers for a small fee and free parking for larger vehicles with washing and cleaning facilities making rental returns easy. If you have an early morning flight or late arrival Twelve 30 is a lovely start or finish to your Tasmanian adventure!

Sunburst is set on 2 acres in a rural suburb , 15 minutes out of Hobart's CBD, this self contained apartment is yours. You will have your own private entry and it is completely separate to the main house. This Airbnb is the perfect Tassie getaway - it is just a stones throw away (5 mins) from the Cole Valley Winery Route, boutique breweries, and the 7 Mile Beach. The Hobart city centre, including world renowned Salamanca Market are all under 15 minutes away. Port Arthur is only 50 mins away.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

The well-appointed eco cottage was built in 2015, is off-the-grid (solar-powered) on 21 acres with beautiful views of farmland and Coal River estuary, and plenty of wildlife. Outside the doorstep is many boutique vineyards/wineries. Your official welcoming committee is Max, a super friendly Smithfield dog.
