Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

Wine Country Estate

A very Quiet and Private Estate surrounded by an acre of redwoods in the center of the Wine Country. Open beam ceilings, 3 fire places, three large redwood decks and 5 person Spa. Many couches and lounge chairs. There is a Fire Pit, paths and outdoor benches to relax on. It is Soundproofed and has a solarium. Indoors has high ceiling with skylights to view the dense surrounding redwoods with mid-century modern furniture. There is a 9 PM to 8AM quiet hour and there is no amplified sound allowed.

Forest Cozy Home

My house in Forestville is a walk to the river (Steelhead County Beach), near endless wineries, canoe rentals, gorgeous Sonoma coast beaches, Santa Rosa airport, a bicycle trail through West County with bike rentals in downtown Forestville offering immediate access to the trail, and a very well-stocked little grocery store a 5-minute walk down the hill. Lovely back roads take you to Healdsburg to the north or Sebastopol to the south. My dog & I stay in a basement studio when guests are here.

After a day spent floating on the river or tasting some of the best wines in the world, soak in the hot tub, BBQ, or watch a movie/karaoke/play games on the 12ft movie screen!
