Tester's Haven Cottage, Lake Parker

This is a classic Vermont SEASONAL ( June- Oct) early 1950s cabin or cottage that is right on the water facing the West. One side sits next to a dirt road that is pretty quiet. Some cars, farm machinery & four-wheelers do go by. However, you can sit facing the water and feel like you have left the rest of the world behind as you listen to the loons. This special kind of space is for those who like a touch of country, it is not a hotel, it is not a party place, but a lovely RUSTIC cottage/cabin.

Perfect getaway with dual master bedrooms; 3 twin beds plus one queen bed on third floor if the kids come along. Fully equipped kitchen, complete with full size appliances, family room with 65" TV & Blu-ray player; free wifi sufficient for streaming movies using our Netflix or Prime accounts. Two bathrooms, one en suite in downstairs master bedroom Private office space if you must work. Ample parking, dining room overlooking lake; three decks with outdoor grill. Peaceful and private serenity.

Crooked Brook House Vt

Here you will find plenty of charm, from the original wide plank floors, to the fireplace (not to be used by guests) in the formal living room. Lots of the old world, but with modern amenities. There is plenty of space for everyone in this 4 bedroom 1.5 bath home. Enjoy a leisurely day at Harveys Lake Beach, or take in other local sights. Remember, leave your worries and your shoes at the door, and make yourself at home!

Super secluded, quiet lakeside cape, Sugar Hill Area. A true winter wonderland in the winter months, with access to Cannon Mountain, Loon and Bretton Woods. Quirky house originally built in 1810 and added onto in the late 1800s. This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

Take a break and unwind at our cottage on the lake. Equipped with full kitchen and bath, main bedroom with a king bed and 2 additional bedrooms with full beds. The house is situated on a hill with kayaks available for use. Enjoy miles of hiking trails at the Nature Conservancy's 256-acre Barr Hill Preserve, or biking on the extensive Lamoille Valley Rail Trail. Greensboro has an historic general store (Willey's) and the award-winning brewery, Hill Farmstead, is nearby in Greensboro Bend.

Lakeview Cottage is adorable and located on one of Vermont's cleanest and most beautiful lakes, Crystal Lake! It's in the heart of the Northeast Kingdom, in the charming town of Barton. Sit around the outdoor firepit and soak in the view! You're just steps away from beaches and a dock. You'll find great swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, golfing, and mountain biking. Use our canoe or kayaks! Plus, Hill Farmstead Brewery is a short drive away. Beers there are rated best in the world!

Come enjoy all of your year round outdoor activities. Bring your snowmobile, cross-country skis, snowshoes, bikes, hiking boots, fishing pole, watercraft, swimming trunks, hunting gear . . . you name it! The Outspan Cabin is located directly on the VAST corridor 15 snowmobile trail near junction CA 80 and 3/4 of a mile from Nichols Ledge. During the summer the cabin has a private direct access to Nichols Pond and is part of the 200 acre Kahagon rental properties on Nichols Pond.

Enjoy the beauty of VT’s Northeast Kingdom at this home surrounded by trees in a waterfront community. Walk the trails out the front door or enjoy some of the best breweries, hiking, and mountain biking in northern New England all within a 15-45 minutes drive. St. Johnsbury, VT, and Littleton, NH are within a 15 minute drive. Or, just enjoy the view and serenity from the front porch. Access the private beach, tennis courts, and a pickle ball/b-ball for an extra weekly fee.

Waterfront cabin

This one bedroom waterfront guest cabin is located on Great Hosmer Pond in the beautiful town of Craftsbury Common, Vermont. The owners of the property live in the main house. The cabin has access to the cross country ski trails of the Craftsbury Outdoor Center. Swimming dock on property with access to a canoe and kayaks. The cabin is made of double tongue and grooved red western cedar. The cabin is available year round except for 'mud season'.
