Esta en una zona peatonal muy tranquila llamada " la isla " Hay aparcamientos cerca de la vivienda, supermercados, bares, restaurante, farmacia... En 5 minutos caminando estas en la playa. Y en 7 - 8 en la estación de tren. En poco mas de 30 min estas en el centro de Barcelona y a 50 min del aeropuerto de Barcelona y 40 min el de Girona.
